Food is medicine and we all have a different prescription
Hi, I’m Jennifer!
I know what it’s like to struggle with chronic illness or unexplained symptoms in the conventional medical model.
I can’t tell you how many times over the years I had symptoms and didn’t feel well, yet my labs were “normal”. I was often sent home with an “I don’t know” or a bandaid pill to suppress symptoms or both, even after seeing multiple doctors or specialists.
There were times when I was dealing with symptoms of chronic fatigue, stomach pain, and food and sugar cravings so severe, I felt hopeless and discouraged. It’s only in retrospect that I know I was dealing with undiagnosed high insulin, blood sugar dysregulation, circadian rhythm dysfunction, and significant nutrient and mineral depletion that would eventually lead to prediabetes among other issues.
I also suffered debilitating abdominal pain for years in addition to persistent viral illnesses. Over the years I’ve been diagnosed with Epstein Barr virus, IBS, chronic viral infections, and chronic sinusitis with pills as my only option.
Now I know there is a better way to address unresolved symptoms and to support health and wellness using a functional/integrative/quantum approach

Our bodies cannot manufacture minerals. Think of minerals as ENERGY. If you aren’t getting enough ENERGY, your body has to replace minerals and you can develop compensation patterns and deficiencies. Your body’s energy management system also requires a healthy circadian rhythm to function properly. Both mineral depletion and circadian rhythm dysfunction can lead to impaired thyroid, hormone, and metabolic function. Take the quiz to find out if minerals or light are affecting your metabolism, and more importantly, what you can do about it
